2016 and 2017

Hello, fellow writers!

It’s now 2017! A time for resolutions, new beginnings, and new projects! Happy New Year!

I am happy to announce that last year, Wolfsong Editing provided Wolf Matters and Pacific Wild with 40% of money earned from clients like you! Thank you! It’s my goal to give them 50% or more this year, so please share my services with anyone and everyone you know so we can help save Canada’s wolves!

I’m also running a promotion this year where new clients get a discounted rate the first time they use my services! Have you been holding off on your manuscript? Now’s the time to get it edited and ready for publishing! There’s no better time than the present!

Stay tuned for future updates

Welcome to Wolfsong Editing

Hello and welcome to my editing page!

I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts and I have a CELTA certificate from Cambridge University. I studied Japanese and Spanish at the U of C, so I understand how difficult it is to learn another language. As an ESL teacher, editor, and writer, I have a passion for English grammar and vocabulary.

My goal as an editor is to ensure that your writing is clear and concise. I offer a wide variety of editing services such as proofreading and copy editing. I correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and I also check continuity in your writing. I am happy to reword/rewrite sections so that your ideas are expressed more effectively and clearly. I have a keen eye for detail and finding easily overlooked errors.I have experience editing research papers, young adult fiction, and non-fiction. I am comfortable with research essays in English literature, Psychology, East Asian history, Japanese culture, and animal research. I am also willing to step out of my comfort zone and try new genres and projects.

Payment Information

When emailing to inquire about a service, please provide me with the following information:

  1. Word count and number of pages
  2. Your deadline, if any.

I charge $25/hour and require a deposit once we decide to start. The deposit amount can be negotiated as I am flexible. My clients usually pay me half up-front, but if your budget is tight-especially if you are a student, we can work out other payment options: weekly, bi-weekly, etc.

I accept money transfers and through paypal.me.
